- Thoughful WFH financial support or perks,
- Incredibly exciting & fulfilling work (it was wildly addictive)
- Wonderful colleagues (excluding management)
Soon thereafter, these can simply no longer be enough nor sustainable to continue

Working here means being prepared for an environment that lacks transparency and fosters a culture of mistrust.
The expectation is that you will work 14-hour days as the standard, not the exception.
Management operates with a manipulative style and will threaten performance reviews if you attempt to manage your workload or ask for a reduction in client load.
This is a place where you're seen as a disposable resource, and you should expect to be let go as soon as your utility to the company runs out.
