Good opportunity to get the Fresher tag off from your head.

The whole company is a con. If you are actually considering to join here, try if you can get to some other good place before. Working here is very exhausting because of multiple reasons. - First and foremost is the blind and idiotic behaviour of the management while running this company and maybe this is the only reason why even after 10+ years it is still a startup. CTO is egoistic and hinders in every department in the office instead of focusing on his work. - Always crying behaviour for lack of cash flow results in delayed salary payment and or split payment. - Performance incentive component is a fake as it is dependent on everything except your performance. You can consider it to be a zero for you since they are most interested in deducting that amount at the end of the year. - Whole systems lack integrity be it CEO, ExCEO or CTO, no one has a trustable soul for their words. I faced false word assurances since my probation end till my full and final settlement which took over a year to get settled. - Technologically the company is a little outdated as they fear changes pertaining to advancements. This might affect you when looking for a next workplace from here.
