Pros

Good benefits and good employees are the only two plusses that really stand out here. People are always willing to help out when asked and they were always helpful. Good location in South Burlington is in easy commute distance from Winooski, Milton, Burlington, Shelburne. I enjoyed working with the people.

Kontras

Management has a CYA attitude. Though they say that have a Quality System, they don't follow it. If you raise issues about quality, you get frozen out and soon find yourself with a bad evaluation. Any efforts to bring the software into the 21st century are met with silence and reassignment. Also, management has an attitude that there are no real competitors, so there are no real reasons to improve.

Pros

DI is a unique company in the way it cares for it's employees and fosters growth. Leadership understands that the key to the success of the company is the people, and do everything they can to retain and help employees grow.

Kontras

Major growth comes with growing pains and can sometimes lead to communication issues between departments.

Pros

The pay is decent and the remote work is nice.

Kontras

Everything else. Poor management, low/non-existent upward momentum, unreasonable or unclear expectations, poor work/life balance. The health insurance is abysmal and the "flexible PTO" just means that you'll be taking less PTO because you're always overworked and can't find time to take a day or two off.
