Pros

On-time Salary Decent Work Environment

Kontras

They will hire you as a "Trainee Software Engineer", but you will barely get the chance to work with code. And this is true for all of their projects. You will only work with MS SQL Server. They use trainees to provide constant 24/7 support to their clients because they do not hire enough people for the support role, and the supports that are hired are incompetent. If you wish to learn Software Engineering/Web Development, this is not the place. If you are happy writing SQL for 24/7, fixing data through update queries, writing various technical documents, then feel free to join here.

Pros

None worth mentioning. The company is well-established, but that brings no tangible benefit to employees.

Kontras

No subsidized lunch, no breakfast (even though a sister concern, Food Edge, exists). No tissue boxes in the office – basic amenities missing. No Iftar party during Ramadan, no annual party, no annual trip. No provident fund, no gratuity, no annual leave encashment. They claim a “Loyalty Fund Award” (LFA), but you have to wait over 7 years to get it. Promotion is a daydream. Increments: max 5k after six months, then you wait 2+ years for the next. If your increment falls in January, you don’t get it until June. Extremely poor raises overall. The company does not value long-serving employees – staying 5–6 years is seen as a sign of being unqualified. Getting fired is common, like breakfast. Older and senior employees are frequent targets. Taking leave is treated as a crime. Seniors behave as if you’ve done something wrong. You have annual leave, but you can neither enjoy it nor get cash for it. For employees with 5+ years, you may have 30+ days of leave – but if you try to take it, you will likely lose your job. One senior manager was fired simply for taking two weeks of leave for a PMP exam. Your Manager expects you to be available on weekends and on your leave days — and still assigns work as if you're doing home office on regular working days.
