Good developers and a helpful learning environment

Salary is very low. Management is not friendly. Politics are everywhere. Project management is very poor. Some large projects are getting canceled because of poor management and requirement analysis. Overtime work for everyone; the most pressured environment I have ever worked in. No appreciation at all.
