Was a great place to work when I started. No raises in 2020. A lot of elimination of jobs. I’ve heard since then there have been several big raises and bonuses. Changes in management lack of communication and favoritism. Plant supervisors were not properly trained. Attendance point system was harsh. Not a lot of flexibility.
