Great pay and benefits, was nice being off every other weekend. You work two days and then you’re off for two or three and vice versa. There’s currently a $500 attendance bonus every month.

My department had no structure, my colleagues would bounce around from line to line without supervision. Essentially we could disappear for long periods of time without getting noticed? It was nice being off every 2-3 days for 2 or 3 days but working 12 hour shifts was dreadful.
