Pros
Great community of employees. Great benefits like cafeteria and fitness center and recycling center. They offer a lot of opportunities to participate in sports teams, fundraisers, family day, friendly competitions, learning experiences, etc.
Kontras
Some of the management is very unprofessional, unsupportive, condescending, sexist, and self serving. (Some are not) Not a healthy work environment if you have one of these bosses. A lot of "This is how we've always done it" attitude throughout the company, although it is getting better.
