Work/life balance is great here. They care about you here. Ample time off each year. Benefits are decent and even better if you have a family.
Kontras
Underpaid is an understatement. And there is not such thing as getting a raise. No where to move up in the organization. Line are not clear. Systems are low end, and no where near cutting edge. Everything is political and makes for slow moving progress.
