Unstructured management lacking communication. Low level of trust between management and personnel. For an education employer, there is very little emphasis on continued education for employees; no 4-yr undergraduate or graduate level reimbursement as a benefit. Too many senior level management acting as old guard, therefore, impeding on necessary change for a better work environment and competing in market. Salaries are very low compared to market.
