Unnecessarily aggressive. No feedback structure Dev's are made to accept whatever feedback are given. Communication with senior devs is a headache, where you dont understand what they want to communicate

- Remote work available - Stable on the market - Nice communication between management and employees - Good people & good customers - Good insurance - 401 package + matching 50% - Dynamic growing company - Great tools, great customers. great experience - Compensation for home office - Help with all kinds of questions/issues of the employee - New technologies - Different kinds of business covered what gives good experience

- Salary is a bit lower than the market average but pretty good for people with mid experience (2-5 years) - Only french management. Sounds logical because the company is french, but international resources can bring a new vision.
