Pros
The benefits are nice and you don't have to wait a year to enroll in them. The job's responsibilities are generally easy enough on their own and without other variables thrown in. They do offer vacation.
Kontras
You are not guaranteed a full lunch or additional lunch breaks; they do not take harassment or stalking claims seriously and will often not respond to those claims for 6 months to a year; often will under-train and under-staff certain locations and then be confused as to why everybody is constantly exhausted; if you are LGBTQ+, DO NOT WORK HERE. Any harassment you face will not be taken seriously and will often be dismissed. Unfortunately, I can speak to that from experience. There is a distinct lack of communication between employees and managers that is frustrating and is usually pinned on the employee, even if they are the ones to reach out. They do not know how to work the Workday app they use to track time, so there are certain days that you are not allowed to request off, namely Saturdays and Sundays, even if you work those days. Your schedule on Workday is never accurate. I work 12 hour shifts and it always shows up as me working eight hours, five days a week. If you face racism, homophobia, transphobia, etc from a client, customer, or coworker, you are not allowed to defend yourself; the official tactic, as I was told, is to try to distract them by asking if they needed anything else.
