Management is bad, a lot of favoritism, HR doesn't care about employees, they are racists and allow employees to be harassed, they don't do anything about it when you bring it to their attention. Work environment is stressful, coworkers complain a lot and there is a lot of negative energy. My supervisor was changed more than 5 times and never had a performance review done therefore no pay increase. Unorganized and doesn't go by company's values.
