Some of the best people in the industry. Beautiful facility and common areas. Some managers/directors/VP's are great to work for.

Low pay, long hours and demanding. Lots of stress and pressure. Extremely limited job growth opportunity. Long term employees are treated are ignored/brushed aside. Managers could care less about direct reports. Low/bad employee morale. Managing staff is extremely disconnected from the low level employees.
