3yThis is a really helpful review -- thank you for being thoughtful in what you shared. We’ve definitely diversified the firm as a way to reduce our reliance on one strategy, but providing liquidity and ensuring healthy markets still remains at the core of what we do. We agree that our culture of respect and balance is special in this industry -- and we need to protect it as we know it’ll will be core to our success as we address some of the growth-related challenges you also shared.
