Pros
Its an exciting, fast paced place to work. There are many talented and passionate people here.
The variety of work you get exposed to is unlike anything I've experienced at other agencies. Because everything is done in-house, you get to be involved in large scale live event productions, film projects, work with the design team on campaigns and digital projects. You really get the full picture.
There's a genuine sense that people are invested in and there are real opportunities to grow if you put the work in. The site at Hartlebury is impressive too, it's a fun place to come into work and you get to see some really creative stuff happening around you every day.
Kontras
It can be full-on. The workload can be heavy at times and when multiple projects are running simultaneously the juggling act is real. Deadlines are tight and clients can be demanding (but i don't thinks that's just an issue at this agency that's the industry we are in), so if you're not naturally organised it can feel a lot. Some processes could be slicker internally, but its acknowledged and the business is always open to feedback on ways to make things work smoother.
