      The education of learning all of the aspects of the retail business was beneficial.

      Kontras

      Unused talent in the ranks. Associates that have experience are not feeling appreciated or their knowledge and skills are not being used. Leadership thinks they have all the answers on do not solicit any other opinions. Leadership stays in main office and hardly in the stores.

      Staff is friendly and feels like a family. You are treated with respect and livable wages

      The dogs and dog parents are pretty awesome. Nice employee discount. Benefits. Everything wrong is easily fixable if one chooses to do it.
