You are basically on call 365 days a year with a high probability of not getting called at all. So there are no Pros

Worst intermodal company I ever worked for. Staff and management don't respect the truck owners or there equipment. A whole lot of forced dispatch as well. Please if you see this company 🏃‍♀️ 🏃🏾‍♂️ 🏃‍♀️ 🏃🏾‍♂️ run
