Pros

Not very many. Pay was only good because they didn't understand the piece-rate system that was in place prior and just gave everyone a high average. New employees did not get this.

Kontras

They came in after agreeing to a contract with Xerox and tried to change the culture of the place. Managers were very rude and acted like they knew everything. One even accused me of being full of myself. To say that was insulting seeing I'm a very laid back guy and get along with everyone.

Pros

The possibility overtime on weekends

Kontras

Mandatory overtime on weekends. Ever increasing workload with stagnant pay. I worked there for 4 years without a raise. I’ve known people who worked as many as 10 years with no raise. The place is constantly generating more revenue but never invests it in their staff. No room to move upward. Even if you get a promotion, the increase in pay is laughable. I’ve trained dozens of new employees. Most don’t last the week. Very few last a whole month. Sketchy family ownership with questionable ethics.
