Pros
Engineers get to work on all aspects of a project and do not get pigeonholed into 1 particular task like at larger engineering companies. There are lots of large high profile jobs to work on which is great experience for all levels of engineers. Fun work environment, all employees get along really well and joke around constantly in the office.
Kontras
Some projects can be frustrating to work on especially when the other project consultants (architects, MEP and structural engineers, etc.) are difficult to coordinate with. Occasional overtime is needed based on project deadlines.
