Company does not take care of ihs technicians, most techs in general do not enjoy working for this company. They lead you on to give you better expectations, but only give half truths. Expect you to constantly certify in more fields, but do not give you pay compensation for it. Aggressive work environment. Health care is one of the worst that I’ve seen. Now expect you to work two jobs wear two uniforms, drive two separate uniforms, and know both jobs in great detail but pays the same if you did just the one job. They also expect you to sale and force your customers to purchase items ultimately leading for a bad experience for both employee and customer. I worked 3 years and then some for this company and watch it slowly spiral down for its employees.
