As a kid fresh out of highschool, the overtime pay was a great way to save for college

Where to start... 70-80 hours per week, performance metrics that make no sense and are out of the Technicians control, loads of defective equipment, unrealistic time and performance goals, single minded management, mandatory overtime, mandatory 6 day work weeks, little support from CSR's, silly safety rules, no sense of a TEAM among the techs, no help when in a pinch, everything is the technicians fault, no work life balance etc. etc. I could rattle on and on for hours about how the way I was treated as an employee was worse than slave labour
