Pros
Higher than average salary, so turnover isn't quite as high as it is at many other call centers. No overnight shifts. Free programming. Good bonus incentives and contests.
Kontras
Don't care about their employees. If you ever take FMLA they will do whatever they can to fire you. Terrible medical and dental insurance. Frequently will add a mandatory overtime on a sixth day with very little (a day or less) notice. Workstations are not ergonomic and are very uncomfortable.
