Having worked at a few different large blue chip companies now, I have never been happier here. - Leadership - we have somewhat of an open door policy here, which has given me access and visibility to some of the most senior people in the company in my first few months. - The technology itself: having worked in ediscovery and seen the other tech offerings, DISCO is a game changer. - Learning and development - the initial onboarding and product learning are the best I have ever come across at a company.
