Great cultural projects. Quest for design excellence. Most people are nice and pleasant.

Toxic (borderline abusive) culture in which people are diminished while at the same time expected (not asked) to work 60-80hr weeks plus weekends. Have been asked multiple times to postpone vacations. Partners have little or no regard for people's times or lives, attitude which gets festered and passed down to all upper management. Cultish type of behavior by those who have survived (or too stubborn to quit). The only promotions from within are made to those who threaten to quit. Otherwise, all upper management is hired from outside. No diversity whatsoever (all upper management is white straight male).
