Pros
The pros are almost too many to count. On one hand i worked in about 4 departments. They emphasize customer service, and they are hell bent on making that happen. Also they are very detail oriented. Cross your "T's" and dot your I's with these people. Overall a great company to work for. '
Kontras
The holiday rush as to be expected drains on the staff and you start to see its life drain from the workforce. Doesnt feel like a career opportunity but if you have a degree you can move up. Other than that it really depends on the location.
