You have a multitude of general managers, each wanting to be more important than the next, willing to bend the rules to get the job done.

Awesome immediate team, Some really lovely people across the whole staff. Excellent on-site cafe and parking. Recruitment process was great.

Incredibly unorganised systems and processes. Attitude of “this is the way we’ve always done it” is held by many. Buildings are old, tired, too hot/cold, noisy - all need to be bulldozed. All office furniture and equipment is terrible, mismatched monitors, laptops on cardboard boxes, antiquated cellphones, broken chairs - it’s a joke! Not enough training at the beginning or ongoing support when busy with shutdown work. Zero contingency plans for cover when staff leave and position is not filled. Promised the world at the interview with ZERO follow through. Compared to every other company ever worked for they are the poor relation.
