Family and health always come first and the management at DEVNET always go out of their way to provide for their employees and their families. Competitive compensation, long term incentives, and job stability in an unsure economy.

Small teams mean larger individual responsibilities, this is not for everyone. Given smaller local talent-pool, sometimes employees are stretched very thin in an attempt to meet deadlines.
