- Coworkers are easy to get along with and happy to help you whenever you ask - Senior Management is very approachable - Opportunity for overtime if you want to take on extra work/through travelling out of town for work - A lot of personal freedom with how you structure your work day so long as your work is completed and it's within reason

- Salary to start is somewhat low and doesn't scale quickly (although all those there for 5+ years seem happy with their pay) - Benefits aren't very good - No RRSPs - Very little room for career progression - No structured training program (value is placed on self-directed learning)

Great group of employees that are enjoyable to work with. Co-workers always willing to help other out if needed.

Benefits package is not great, although new management is making improvements. Recently added a health spending account.
