The need to redact my role out of fear of retaliation by upper management / HR. Executives are very out of touch with their employees. This radiates down to all management. Workers and managers that show ineptitudes tend to excel through politics until the ineptitudes no longer can be looked away from. At which point they toss them aside (as should have happened long ago) pretending like it was all new information. This will then rinse wash repeat. Most (not all) executives appear to care more about loyalty their egos being catered to and therefore seek out "yes men" to fill key roles. Anyone who brings up issues will be gaslit by management in order to avoid rocking the boat. Turnover rate has gotten exceedingly high in recent years. Most state similar issues.
