      Pros

      Biggest advertising holding in Central Asia. Over 12 agencies of different specifications. Aggressive position toward ad market makes working for DASM the big challenge. Due to sufficient number of expats from other countries, the Group has a lot of cutting-edge technologies, which sometimes are too cool for the market; nevertheless in a few years all those technologies will be in high demand on Kazakhstani ad market

      For an expat, there is a terrific "work-life" balance. 50-60 hours per week is a norm

      Pros

      Can't say for whole group of companies. it depends on which agency you are applying to. So, If you are one of the best artist in the city, I think it's a best place to work on. IMO the most creative agency in there - Mega Media Ogilvy and JWT.

      Can't really say for this moment. Situations change from year to year. It would be more efficient to talk with current employees.
