Worst second rate transit system I have ever worked for 13 years and I hated everything about it. They don't care about driver health or safety They will go out of their way to use progressive decipline on attendance and job performance That means they are actively trying to build paperwork to terminate you. Supervision are only their to write worker's up . Transit system time point adherence is not accurate and is not driver friendly means typical route is 1hr 20 min long average driver is 15 to 20 minutes late and driver is allowed 10 min layover . Reality sucks you drive inbound over 1hr long then turn around and head outbound over 1hr long all day long no break makes you miserable and you are in a customer service environment Union is a huge problem they don't do anything but take dues The Union has no strike clause so they are weak each contract is worse than before Equipment Is garbage Toxic environment I'm very happy I'm somewhere else My advice is look elsewhere This place is not worth it takes toll on you and your family.
