AR is cool. Still a few people around that want to do a good job. Offices are nice. Unlimited PTO which some people take advantage of.
Kontras
It starts at the top. CEO is passive aggressive and untrustworthy. Leadership team doesn't get along and don't know how to lead. There's a revolving door of execs. Diversity is non existent. Many teams are lead by people with no experience or humility. Bad behavior is tolerated. Communication is terrible. Teams are in silos (no wonder products don't work!) lots of big titles. People in conference rooms whispering is bad sign. Good people are leaving.
