You are given all the tools you need to get your job done, and if you don't have something, you can get it pretty easily. Easy access to 'executive' level employees, and your ideas are actually listened to and considered. Great perks like unlimited PTO and flexible working hours.

It's a startup, so there is constant change. You will not like working at DAIS if you do not like that kind of environment. Goals are sometimes unclear, and getting answers can be difficult if there is a complex problem.
