Great team and nice colleagues.

Kontras

Poor HR Management and higher positions don’t appreciate the hard works done by the employees. Higher position will demand you to reply their txt or answer their call at ANYTIME n ANYDAY. Even on weekends or when you’re on leave. Also.. becareful as the higher position encourage unhealthy communication amongst employees which will discriminate and break the trust within a team.

Pros

Flexi hours, but it depends on the HOD's mood. They'll still be sarcastic even though it's the only good perk.

Kontras

Poor management. Always push the blame to employees. Management working style like 1980s. Not even replying to email. Verbal abuse is common from the top management. Incompetent HODs who are not even qualified to be directors. As long as you can make the top management happy, you get the role.
