      Offices at multiple cities like mumbai, pune, bangalore, hyd etc open to new global concepts hybrid working, remote login etc like in IT big brand & international deputations in some cases

      not good projects in core engg. sector unnecessarily long official work hrs (9.5 hrs) too much dangerous internal politics not streamlined

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Kontras

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
