      Friendly behaviour of colleagues.Growing company. You were given chances if u really want to grow.

      Notice Period too much.Management make a proguise about you.If u are lucky and butterer then u may get good project.

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Kontras

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
