      Nothing left after my expirience with this company

      typical Indian Comapny driven by casteism. Here does not count the skill but the stand. And if good sales staff through good performance earn more than the supervisor, specious reasons are sought to get rid of these employees. I cannot recoment to work for this Company

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Kontras

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
