      Pros

      Only the infrastructure is good in Bangalore. cab facility is available from various parts of Bangalore. HR's event managements are good.

      I have completed 2 projects , during the covid-19 1st wave i have been laid of from the company. there is no ethics with them. After layoff i called manager and HR multiple times, they didn't receive my phone calls.

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Kontras

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
