Pros
Good projects, exposure to high end work from clients like Boeing and Airbus. Has won almost all the bids from its competitors and is able to bring projects in.
Kontras
They have a 3 year bond (service agreement), very low salary, lowest in the industry. They will not spend a single rupee for the associates. No perks at all, very low increments. They even started taking money for training from new recruits. They dont care at all for employee comfort. Everybody leaves as soon as the bond is over. They screwed up a project and now are firing 50 associates. Please don't come here until and unless this is the last option.
