      Pros

      Good exposure for freshers. Project and team mates were really good.

      Kontras

      Salary is low and not many benefits. And so most of my teammates left the company and the aerospace department started deteriorating. VP had promised us good bonus upon project completion but did not give us the same.

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Kontras

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
