Cyient adheres to a transparent total reward structure across all levels and we ensure that our compensation is compliant with prescribed norms set by the organization.
Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
