HR is sorely dysfunctional. If I could I would give them a 0/5 stars for functionality - both in terms of doing their job with employees but also supporting management in effectively running the business. There are no advancement opportunities, either in terms of pay or position. Learning new skills are acquired by hook or crook. Middle management is condescending and distant.
