There are some genuinely good staff.

The company has a facade of caring about its staff, but in reality, it does not care. The company cares more about its image than it does about providing a high quality service. The office atmosphere is toxic and the management structure is chaotic, with managers that are not competent for the role they have. The company does not properly follow agreed professional improvement plans. The company spends more on events than it does on ensuring it can treat its employees fairly and that they can deliver services to clients.

Pros

- Great workplace! Love especially our SOC Team Lead who gives constructive feedback to the other SOC Analysts that help them with their growth - Company does not fail in recognizing the efforts of their employees

Kontras

- Management could provide more benefits to employees (bonus, annual appraisal) - Limited L2 employees - Company is currently in the process of improving their management/SOC processes (might be a little bit disorganized but management is proactively finding ways to improve which is great) - CEO is capable of laying-off employees for the company to save more money
