Regarding holidays, there are at least two fixed days off per week, and no make-up work is required. As for colleagues, they are easy to get along with, and there are few conflicts or backstabbing incidents; the environment is relatively simple and unpretentious.
Kontras
Overtime pay is not provided on weekdays, only on holidays. Salary increase: I personally think it's not high (about 1~2%), so it's better to wait until you have enough skills before switching jobs.
