No management system. CEO does what he wants and he knows nothing about IT. They will call u on saturdays as well while mention in offer letter 5 days working.Strict half an hour lunch time.If you will take more time Hr will ask you where were you. They will not provide you appointment letter.Hr will tell you we will provide appoiment letter within one month.No salary slip is issued.They don't have a single senior technical lead.I am writing here because I don't want what I suffer others also go through same. No growth at all.
