Pros
+ If you have no other options, then it’s better than nothing + You’ll occasionally get treats (MemoryBlue gives better ones and treat their employees better) + Ok, if you really want to work in your high school
Kontras
- If you’re young and attractive and will kiss up to upper management, you will get a promotion or if you’re a guy who gushes on these girls once they’re promoted - They hire young for a reason and it’s not to give people a chance out of college, it’s because it’s cheap - You’ll get treated like a child by children - Upper management has little to no awareness of what goes on below them - Many SDRs want to quit, but can’t because the contract says they’ll have to pay back training (which training is another con itself) - You’re under contract for 18 months. That is the main reason why SDRs can’t quit - Everyone knows everything about everyone - Very cliquey - Wrong people get promoted - Once they get promoted, they aren't able to coach or manage their peers (just babysit and talk down to)
