Das Gehalt könnte viel besser sein, die Bürokratie wurde von Jahr zu Jahr schlimmer, die Transparenz nahm ab und schließlich gab es Konflikte aufgrund falscher Versprechungen und Überrumpelung, die zu erheblicher Ineffizienz und schlechterer Moral führten.

I've been working at Customlytics for almost 2 years already, and the experience has been pretty nice - I always have to learn something new since the mobile app marketing environment is evolving constantly. My work is appreciated by both fellow colleagues and the management - I can feel this, it's one of the greatest motivators to go on. I also enjoy that we have our regular Summer Breeze event when we meet each other, do some learnings and fun activities together - it's bonding. Moreover, as for Ukrainian, I highly appreciate the values of the company - Customlytics supports Ukraine in its will to live freely and democratically.

I'd enjoy seeing my colleagues face-to-face a bit more often - that's one of the cons of working remotely.
