Sie haben eine sehr dynamische Interviewmethode, da es insgesamt drei Interviews gibt und sie in dieser Zeit nicht zu lange brauchen, um zu entscheiden, ob Sie fortfahren oder nicht. Weniger als eine Woche, um zwischen den Interviews eine Rückmeldung zu erhalten. Der erste ist ein bisschen mehr Kontakt, um darüber zu sprechen, was Sie getan haben und warum Sie bei customlytics arbeiten möchten. Dann gibt es einen Probetag, der sehr interessant ist und viel Spaß macht, und schließlich haben wir kurze Besprechungen mit verschiedenen Leuten, einige aus Ihrer Abteilung und andere mit einer anderen Abteilung, die möglicherweise verwandt ist.

Für mich ist der ganze Prozess ein bisschen überwältigend und dauert wegen der Interviews mindestens drei Wochen, aber es hat Spaß gemacht.

I've been working at Customlytics for almost 2 years already, and the experience has been pretty nice - I always have to learn something new since the mobile app marketing environment is evolving constantly. My work is appreciated by both fellow colleagues and the management - I can feel this, it's one of the greatest motivators to go on. I also enjoy that we have our regular Summer Breeze event when we meet each other, do some learnings and fun activities together - it's bonding. Moreover, as for Ukrainian, I highly appreciate the values of the company - Customlytics supports Ukraine in its will to live freely and democratically.

I'd enjoy seeing my colleagues face-to-face a bit more often - that's one of the cons of working remotely.
