They will definitely pretend like they are listening, but no meaningful changes will be made. -Company prides itself on being named on the "Greatest Places to Work" lists. But they do not support their employees like they used to. -The sales department is very cut-throat now, which is a huge culture change from a few years ago. -The company is more focused on their bottom line than they are customer experience or employee satisfaction. They have brought in low-cost contractors to work in sales, who are poorly trained and wreak havoc for the actual Custom Ink sales reps. Additionally, they entirely outsourced their email team overseas. The old email team was made up of employees who had been at Custom Ink for years. So the customer experience has taken a nosedive.
